Daniel's Story
by spanktastic2120, Mar 24, 2008
Daniel's Story starts off with Daniel and his family riding to Poland on a train. They are Jews and are being sent off to a work camp. Daniel likes to look through a photo album he has from before the holocaust. Throughout the book he periodically refers to, and tells stories about, these pictures. Daniel is only 14 and is being sent off by the Nazis.

Nur Für Häftlinge: Primo Levi’s Survival in Auschwitz
by Nearly Anonymous, Jan 31, 2008
Instead of a furious diatribe against Hitler, Levi undertakes an unflinching analysis of the seemingly unfathomable. His account of the day-to-day absurdity and horror of concentration camp existence sheds light on what it means to remain not only a human being, but also an individual, in one of the darkest chapters of history.

The Politics of Inclusion and Exclusion: Jews and Nationalism in Hungary
by Nearly Anonymous, Jan 31, 2008
Dr. Vera Ranki’s book is a historical account of the persecution of Jews in Hungary that culminated in the country’s participation in the Holocaust. It also serves as a warning that points towards the dangers of overly nationalistic and exclusionary policy.
