Literary Critique of Mark Twain

Adventure lies within all of our hearts. In some it may not show as much, but we all have an adventurous side. Samuel Clemens showed his adventurous side in the way he lives his life, and in his literature. I also have and adventurous side and enjoy Mark Twain's books because of it.

Themes of Kidnapped

The theme of a book is the underlying statement being told by the author. Many scholars have studied books and have come up with main themes for books. Though these are good themes, the better are still waiting to be found. Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson follows this path exactly.
