The Da Vinci Code Fact or Fiction, I read the book and watched the movie. I find that the question of whether it is fact or fiction becomes a question of beliefs and theories on conspiracy. I know that there are people that do enjoy the world class conspiracy theories and feed off them. But I seem to find that if you believe that there is a possibility on The Da Vinci Code, then the book and movie actually becomes more fact.
With the begins of the Pagan religion being introduced, not as Satan worship, but as a religion and going further into understanding what the relationships are between the bible and what historians believe to of what happened. If historians believe they understand and can say that there is in fact evidence of such things, is there room for a statement of impossible ideas, not really.
I as a Pagan believer, checked many things out after seeing the movie and reading the book. I actually went to look, over the net, to see Da Vinci’s paintings that were mentioned in the book and movie. The most prominent painting being The Last Supper. What was pointed out really was there. What was astonishing is that there really was no “cover up” about what the true painting looks like. That giving the painting a wondrous reason to believe that there truly is the possibility for The Da Vinci Code to be plausible.
With the out coming of this book and in turn the movie there was a lot of controversy over the statement that there are Pagan symbols throughout the church. Well, there are many things that were pointed out and reasonably were fact that stirred further disagreement of the church. Mainly what had been mentioned that caused the most conflict was the Statement that Jesus was married and that he had a child that was hidden from the world. That is what the main conflict is. That is when things became unreal for a lot of people.
I find that after looking in the right places that online information says the same thing. That Jesus was married and that he had a child. That everything that is stated in the book and movie is true. Before saying that The Da Vinci Code is Fact or Fiction, I would remind you that it is only fact if you believe what is read or seen, and it is only fiction if you cannot accept the possibility that there are actual facts within the pieces.
In my case I find that it is logical and possible for it all to be true and that there is a conspiracy about the Grail and that there are thoughts of destroying evidence that could put a stop to everything in the way of religious history. That is my belief, so I feel in my opinion that The Da Vinci Code is more Fact than Fiction.
