The Government can argue as much as they like that less teenagers are using cannabis - but what they don't mention is that a higher percentage of teenagers are now using Class A drugs such as cocaine and heroin? These figures, as well as the steady increase in drug-related crime, cannot help but pose the question: would the legalization of drugs make society a better place?
