Why Read Books

Books are very didactic for students. Also, students gain insights into life through the experiences of novels. Furthermore, literature can have an influence on a student's reading and writing skills, thus help them become a more understanding person and help them become a better writer.

Therefore, through the experiences of some novels, students should read books to gain important insights into life and become a better person.

Books are very didactic for students. Books can teach students how and under what circumstances the characters used to live in the past. For example, in the novel To Kill A Mockingbird, Jem and Scout lived in the depression years back in the 1930's and learned that some people have to do the hard jobs for us in life. Another example is when Bill and Josella, from the novel The Day Of The Triffids, learn that, for survival, vision is a very precious gift in a world of blind people. Lastly, from the play Our Town, Emily learns that humans are blind to the wonderful things around them. Therefore, books are very didactic for students.

Students gain important insights into life through the experiences of some books. Books can show students insights into life through the experiences of some of the main characters. For example, in the novel To Kill A Mockingbird, the reader gains important insights that racism comes from both sides of the town and not just one. Secondly, from the novel The Day Of The Triffids, the reader gains insights that being able to see can reconstruct a whole nation of people. Furthermore, from the play Our Town, the reader gains insights that life is short. Therefore, students gain important insights into life through the experiences of some literature.

Literature can have an influence on a student's reading and writing skills. Some authors choose their words carefully to express emotions or situations of characters in their novels. An example is when Mrs. Dubose tries break off her morphine addiction and gets Jem to read to her, in the novel To Kill A Mockingbird. Another example is when Bill shows love to Josella while trying to find her in a dark world, in the novel The Day Of The Triffids. Lastly, an example is shown, in the play Our Town, when both George and Emily don't want to get married on their marriage day because they are nervous and depressed.

These are some of the examples why students should read books to gain important insights and become a better person. To become smarter person and expand your vocabulary, read books. Read books to gain important insights into life through some of the experiences of the main characters. If you wish to improve your reading and writing skills, read books! In overall, to become a successful person in life, expand your vocabulary by reading books.
