Let me start off by saying I enjoyed the book very much, I could not stop reading it and finished in 3 days 0.0. I think it held my intrest mainly because I enjoy nonfiction books the most. Another reason I think it held my intrest was the fact that there was always something happening but it wasn't overly exiting and too full of action.
I would tell myself at night when i read that i would stop reading as soon as i found out what happened with the current problem, but i didn't stop because as soon as that ends something else has already started or there was a tip off to something about to happen. One of my favorite parts of the book was when the Cullin's started playing baseball. I really like baseball and could picture the whole scene in my head very clearly. I would have liked to read more about the baseball game but then they were interrupted by the new vampires arriving along with James the hunter.
My favorite character in the book was Alice, she was very kind and open. The fact that she could see the future as it was at the moment made it even better. She was also very protective when she wanted to be and at the same time understanding and accepting. I hope that further into the series we can figure out what happened in her human life.
